"I support the team, remove roadblocks, and help everyone perform at peak performance. I have been serving as CEO for about 2 years and have been a member of the board of directors since 2020. A key lesson that shapes how I lead today: "If everything is important, then nothing is." It is important to focus on the critical few things that matter and do them very well — empowering people to do that is what leads to success. Outside of work, I love everything outdoors — fishing, hunting, hiking, camping, and skiing."

"I am responsible for all of the purchasing, sourcing, product data, and warehouse operations. I have been with AKG for 4 years, previously spending 10 years with a Residential and Commercial Hardware distributor. A key lesson that shapes how I lead today: walk a mile in someone else's shoes. Whether in a conversation with a customer or team member, you need to listen to understand the concern, why it impacts them, and how you can help — this takes listening and empathy. Outside of work, I really enjoy time with my wife and 2 daughters, although I am no longer the "cool" Dad. I am a huge sports guy — Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Bears — but my #1 is Notre Dame Football."

"I lead AKG's application development and infrastructure teams, driving technology strategy and execution across the organization. I joined AKG in December 2024. A key lesson that shapes how I lead today: curiosity, lived experience, and genuine empathy consistently lead to better outcomes. I've found that leading with vulnerability and humility is what builds truly great teams. Outside of work, I'm always chasing the next adventure. For the past five years, that's meant riding enduro motorcycles across some of the world's most remarkable landscapes — from Iceland and Mongolia to Portugal, Morocco (twice), and Mexico."

"I oversee all marketing and e-commerce operations across all brands for the company. I have been with AKG for 2 years this tenure, but I am also the original founder of International Key Supply, which was acquired by Automotive Keys Group. I took some time post-acquisition and then returned in January 2024. A key lesson that shapes how I lead today: the best way to succeed is to build a strong team that you trust to make decisions and take action. Outside of work, I enjoy racing and spending time with my family."
